Copyright Policy

The Journal of Entrepreneurship and Business Sustainability (JEBS) is committed to open access publishing and the ethical dissemination of scholarly work. Authors who publish with JEBS agree to the following terms:

Author Copyright Retention
Authors retain full copyright over their work. Upon acceptance and publication, authors grant JEBS the right of first publication.

Creative Commons Licensing
All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This licence allows others to share, adapt, and build upon the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and JEBS as the source of first publication.

Reuse and Distribution
Authors may enter into separate, non-exclusive agreements to distribute the published version of their article (e.g., deposit it in institutional repositories, include it in a book), provided that the original publication in JEBS is acknowledged.

Preprints and Archiving
Authors are encouraged to share preprints or postprints of their work on personal websites or institutional repositories. Doing so can enhance visibility, facilitate academic exchange, and increase citation potential.

Third-Party Materials
Authors must ensure they have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to include any third-party content (e.g., figures, tables, images, or data) in their manuscript. All such materials must be appropriately acknowledged and cited within the text. JEBS is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from the inclusion of third-party content without proper permission or attribution.
